We pride ourselves on building new properties but with a difference. We ensure the personal touch often missing from new build properties. You get a say from the very start.
Many of our developments have an interesting history. Most developers would demolish and start over, however we like to the challenge to keep the heritage and character.
Some of our projects are old properties that need a new lease of life. We renovate these to keep the positives and renew everything else. See below for more info.
A small site in the stunning village of Old Sommerby near grantham this site is planned for 6 bungalows near the Center of the village. Planning hopefully due mid 2021.
A large heritage site situated within an existing new building development. We will be converting this old hospital into gorgeous new apartments and continuing the heritage.
